Firstly, clients complete our Self Assessment, comprised of a Wellbeing Inventory and Performance Profile. This tells us what you have in place already and what you would consider a high-performing employee.

Next, we engage with the Self Assessment collaboratively, ensuring we have a complete understanding of your current landscape and future objectives.

Our third step is to design a bespoke service for you, which could be a once-off initiative, month-long pathway or multi-year programme.

The KeepWell Mark

The KeepWell Mark is Ibec’s national workplace wellbeing accreditation and is based on the UK Workplace Wellbeing Charter. It provides a framework of standards in all areas of workplace wellbeing and tools to benchmark your organisation's current performance. The process includes self-assessment, action plans and evidence gathering, site visits, a full assessment report, and award of accreditation.

Ibec Academy
